E-transcript
E-transcript is an electronic means of receiving your transcript either on disk, CD or by e-mail, including the word index. It is a RealLegal product.
Expedites
We can provide a “rough” ASCII at the end of the day. Or if you need the final transcript fast, let us know. We can deliver your transcript as quickly as you need it. *Advanced notice of expedites is appreciated.
LiveNote and LiveNote Training
Upon request, we will provide LiveNote training to attorneys and paralegals, either at your office or our office. Call the office for details.
Internet Realtime
For clients who have co-counsel or expert witnesses in another state, or even down the hall, who would like to attend the deposition but can’t be there in person, Internet realtime is an option. Call the office for details.
Case Management
When you have a case with multiple depositions, let up help you keep track of your calendar. We can help manage the calendar, making sure the depositions are covered, as well as keeping a full set of all exhibits marked so that the reporter can bring a full set with her/him to each deposition to put before the witness for reference. We can also help when depositions are multi-tracking.
Legal Videography
Our team of Certified Legal Video Specialists offer high-end video production and playback services. Synchronize the video with your transcript.
Videoconferencing
When traveling to another city to take a deposition is not a cost-effective option, call us to schedule a video conference. We have a fully-equipped video conference room at our Bloomington location. We are located five minutes from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport, 15 minutes from downtown.
Litigation Support
We can provide your transcript in many formats, including ASCII, Summation, E-transcript, Amicus, Discovery ZX. A word index is provided with every transcript. Condensed transcripts available in two, four or six pages per page format. Files can be forwarded through e-mail.
Online Scheduling
Feel free to use our online scheduling tool to schedule depositions or arbitrations. You will receive a confirmation e-mail or phone call by the end of the day confirming receipt of the scheduled event. You will then receive a confirmation phone call the day before. *If scheduling less than 24 hours in advance, please contact our office directly.
Transcript Archival
All transcripts taken by all reporters in every case is uploaded into a secure .ftp site. If you need a transcript, contact our office, and we will have access to it.
Nationwide Services
If you have a case that’s ongoing and taking place all over the country, let us know. We can either fly with you, if you choose to take one of our reporters with you, or we can schedule reporters for you. We hold relationships with firms throughout the U.S., as well as worldwide.
