On-site and Internet Real-time
For web-based real-time, we've got you covered.  No need to download software.  We will send you a link where you log in with the file name and password provided by the reporter and your realtime feed is at your fingertips. *Advance notice appreciated.

Electronic transcript/exhibit delivery
All transcripts are sent to counsel electronically in .txt format, as well as a full and condensed PDF file with word index.  All exhibits are scanned and sent electronically.  Transcripts with linked exhibits within the PDF file can be sent as well.  Upon request, RealLegal E-transcript .ptx files will be sent.

Expedites and Daily Copy (our specialty)
We can provide a “rough” ASCII at the end of the day. Or if you need the final transcript fast, let us know. We can deliver your transcript as quickly as you need it. *Advance notice of expedites is appreciated.

Conference Rooms
We have rooms that accommodate from six to 30 people.  
*There is an hourly fee for use of our room.*

Litigation Support
We are able to provide a Trial Tech during remote proceedings to manage documents and screen share.  *Contact our office for fee schedule for trial tech services.

We provide your transcript in many formats, including ASCII, PDF, Summation, RealLegal's E-Transcript, Amicus. A word index is provided with every transcript. 

Legal Videography
Our team of Certified Legal Video Specialists offer high-end video production and playback services. Synchronize the video with your transcript. 


Videoconferencing
When traveling to another city to take a deposition is not a cost-effective option, call us to schedule a videoconference and let us take care of everything.  Zoom, NetMeeting, Skype, Fuze.  We've used them all!

Online Scheduling
Feel free to use our online scheduling tool to schedule depositions or arbitrations. You will receive a confirmation 
e-mail or phone call by the end of the day confirming receipt of the scheduled event. You will then receive a confirmation phone call the day before. *If scheduling less than 24 hours in advance, please contact our office directly.

Transcript Archival
All transcripts taken by all reporters in every case are uploaded to a secure cloud-based service. If you need a transcript, contact our office and we will have access to it.

Nationwide Services
If you have a case that’s ongoing and taking place all over the country, let us handle it.  Each of our reporters has their remote notary so we can swear in a witness regardless of location.  If you prefer in-person, no problem.  We've got you covered.
